Sacred 2:Expelled Leper

As you enter the old naval port you find a leper. Since has been living here since he was exiled. In fact he is the only 'living' person at all. He has seen the undead emerge every night and knows where they are emerging from. He believes they leave him alone due to his disease. He warns if they are not stopped soon and find an entrance to the sewers, there will be no stopping them.
