Howl.png A Barbarian warrior in battle is a fearsome enough sight. They cover their bodies with strange markings and the fire in their eyes can be seen from across a battlefield. Early in his training a warrior must learn how to tap the primal energies around him and utter a howl in battle-a bellow so fierce that it will cause enemies to falter. This permits the warrior an easy kill.

This is a Spell Damage Based Combat Art.

The following attributes will affect this combat art:

  • Stamina will lower regeneration time

Usage Strategies

  • Combat Art Range +X% and the gold mod Resound will boost the radius. Even without these, the radius naturally increases as Howl levels up, tripling by max CA level 200.
  • Cast it as much as you like, as the effects are cumulative and will slow enemies to a crawl and weaken them considerably.
  • The debuff durations begin at 10s and will slowly increase, reaching 12s at max level. Though the debuffs will stack with each casting, they deliver diminishing returns, so will never reduce any opponent values to "0".

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Enemies can't resist the effects of this CA
  • The effects of multiple castings stack.

Cons

  • Causes no damage, no skills or modifiers will intensify its effects.
