it is the catch frase of alexander Dane in the movie Galaxy Quest(1999) Galaxy quest is a parody on star trek and Alexander Dane is a clear cut copy of Dr spock. he is played by Alan Rickman who also stars in the Harry Potter movies as Severus Snape.
