Detailed Walkthrough

Talk to Soldier Harun to start the quest. He is inside one of the buildings north and east of the town square(where the player chest is).

You will find the thieves south of Florentina. I had to keep running around the area in order to find a whole 10 thieves to kill.

After you kill all 10 thieves, talk to Soldier Harun and claim your reward.
