Andra is a priestess in the Noriath's Temple. She is really worried about the Seraphim named Alethea, who was also a sister in that temple before she travelled to the land of the Elves and went missing. Actually, Andra is so worried that the missind seraphim id the only thing she can talk about. She would talk to you only if your character is a Seraphim, since no others are allowed to know about the troubles Seraphim encounter.
