Quick Walkthrough
- Talk to Jalenthil again
- Go to the spot marked on the map, and talk to the pirate
- After he bad-mounths you, slay him
- Pick up your loot
Detailed Walkthrough
As for the location: Just talk to Jalenthil again after completing the first part of the quest. This makes it a nice quest for travel distances. You are already there when the quest becomes available.
After sending you in the rodent filled cave for his map, he has yet another dirty job for you. This time he sends you out to 'talk' to a pirate at the shore.
To get to this person, follow your map to the exclamation mark, or just follow the yellow line on the map above to get you there quickly.
The target is on the edge of the elevated cliff at the beach. So don't go running on the beach, you went to far if you reach the water.
After talking to the pirate, he finds it appropriate to verbally harass you, and on top of that use violence to strengthen his behavior. You'll see that he turns into a boss-type enemy (yellow name, better stats) instead of an npc, and it will be your goal to slay him. Since he packs quite a punch, I suggest ranged characters, with overall lower hitpoints use the 'hit and run' tactic. He has little hitpoints, so it won't take too long. Characters with more hitpoints should just tackle him head on, and use a CA or two, which should get the job done fairly quickly.
However, Fear not noble warrior! Your work was not in vain. Being a boss-type, the loot you will receive is more then worth the dulling of your blades. Multiple items and/or gold will drop, making it all well worth your while. Of course the experience gained from taking down such a ferocious enemy are welcome as ever.
With the death of the pirate, the quest is completed and along with it the 2-part chain quest.

Notes
- Note 1: Like said in the detailed walkthrough, beware of your battle tactics. Taking this oponent head on with a ranged/spell type character, might not be wise.
- Note 2: other opponents may be in the area. Before talking to the pirate, and turning him into an enemy, get rid of the surrounding harassments first. otherwhise, you might get entangled with a few High Elf thieves, along with the pirate.
