Chief Astronomer Nomengalus is the astronomer sent by the High Elf Council to the Celestial Dome. Here he is in charge of building the best telescope in the whole Ancaria, and study the skies with its help.

Chief Astronomer Nomengalus is the quest giver for all the quests in the Eye Into the Sky chain quest.
