Officer Pethyr is a member of the city guard in Griffinborough. Lately outlaws have been ransacking the countryside. The city does not have the man power to send out parties to sweep these criminals away. He hoping you might be able to help him out. If you can interrogate one of them you might find out why there's been a spike in criminal activity recently.
