Innate Abilities (Lvl 1)

  • Teleport Duration: 1.9 seconds (the High Elf can take no action and is vulnerable to enemies during this time). Duration greatly decreases per CA level.
  • Range: 5 meters
  • Chance to Stun Opponents: 100%
  • Cooldown + Regeneration Time: 15.0s + 1.5s = 16.5 seconds.
