On your way to Thylysium you see a gang of bandits attacking a lady in robes. Saving her from the bandits is a hidden quest, Holdup, which grants you a significant experience bonus, when you talk to her husband, right upon entering Thylysium.
In order to avoid failing this quest, you need to move your character up to the lady and attack the bandit that is trying to kill her. This quest is very easy to fail if you do not act quickly.
