Quick Walkthrough
Head West from the nearby Resurrection Monument until the boss’s health/stat indicator appears on screen. Clear out as many of the Kobolds and wild boar as you can before engaging the boss, or alternatively pull it back into a clear area further towards the Resurrection Monument. Defeat the boss to receive your reward.
Detailed Walkthrough
Head West from the nearby Resurrection Monument (you may want to activate it, just in case of accidents). The boss isn’t far away, and you should be able to see it from a fair distance, even in the dark, as it is a bright white colour with large semi-translucent white wings.
Things to note before going into battle:
- try to have a fire-damage weapon or skills equipped, and try to avoid ice and magic damage weapons or skills
- try to have some defence against ice attacks
- even at level 4 this boss has over 1500 hp and is probably much better at hitting you than you are at hitting it
- if you rely on buffs you are (in a word) screwed - this boss removes your buffs with some of his attacks
- this boss will sometimes freeze you in place for a few seconds
