Talk to Myriam to learn that the Kobold Shamans are causing trouble; she wants you to kill 5 of them to take the fight out of the rest.

Head out of the Outpost. Although Myriam tells you where the Kobold Camp is, you don't have to kill Shamans there for the quest - any Shamans will do.
