Quick Walkthrough
1. Talk to Anurf, a peasant standing just south of the officer you need to talk to for the next stage of the main quest.
2. Talk to Angela, the Blacksmith's wife.
3. Find Michel, the Blacksmith.
4. Kill the goblins and wolves attacking Michel.
5. Talk with the Blacksmith and then retrieve his sword from the nearby cave.
6. Complete this quest by going back to Bellevue and speaking with Michel again.
Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to Anurf. He will ask you to find the Blacksmith. He will suggest that you talk to the Blacksmith's wife.
You will find Angela, the Blacksmith's wife, just outside the smithy in Bellevue. She will tell you that he was meeting someone at a circle of stones.

There is an out of order glitch involving this quest. If you complete the Riddle in the Desert quest before this one, this quest gets broken.
