After accepting the quest head west out of Sloeford. Talk to the guard with the exclamation point over his head before you cross the bridge.  Once you cross the bridge you'll reach the first Target Area for the quest.

As soon as you reach this point, a new direction arrow appears that will point you in the direction of the camp where you need to deliver the message.  You will encounter lots of goblins and some undead as well.

Once you get to the camp, you will find that it is already under attack.  Your objective now is to thwart the attack by taking them all out.  Once you do this the quest is complete.
