Talk to Mourning Lilly to learn of her concerns about noises further into the ruins.

Head into the ruins to investigate, where you'll discover a few ghosts and half a dozen skeletons have moved in. Destroy the 6 skeletons (the ghosts don't count) and then head back to Lilly for your reward.
