Talk to Timoch to learn of his unfortunate circumstances.

Head North out of Twainbrook, up the hill to the Cemetary at the top. Argatha, Timoch’s wife, will be wandering around somewhere in this area; follow your quest indicator and you should find her without too much trouble.

Kill Argatha, then return to Timoch for your reward.
