The experience required to reach the next level increases with each level obtained, making each successive level more difficult to achieve.


Experience decreases from level 100 onwards, and decreases by a larger factor every 25 levels. Base experience gets a penalty applied each level with a large increase due to a new factor after every 25 levels. By level 200, the experience is reduced to ~4.76% of its original value

Fighting monsters that are too high or too low of a level will result in severe experience penalties.
