Quick Walkthrough
- Talk to DeMordrey's son
- Get the key to the dungeon
- Go outside to the iron gate
- Open the gate and go inside
- Kill off anything moving
- Go down to the 2nd basement level
- Kill everything except yourself and the soldiers who are with you.
- Talk to Officer Willybald to collect your reward.

This underground area is also part of the Seraphim's class quest. Given all that's going on with this quest, it might be best to hold off doing the Seraphim side quest until after you've finished this quest.
