- Talk to Fangor
- Go to the Kobold camp near Tharak
- Retrive a bucket of waste matter from the cesspit
- Return to Fangor
Detailed Walkthrough
Prepare a barf bag, this will get kinda nasty for those with a weak constitution. You have been warned. Fangor tells you that he needs a bucket full of the stuff found in the Kobold Cesspit near the city. It seems the contents of said cesspit are what gives the lukewarm swill with lumps that extra zing. You can use your imagination as to what those "lumps" might be... Better yet, it's probably best NOT to think about it too much or you may find yourself losing your appetite. Permanently.
Take a trip to the location on the map and retrieve a bucket full and then return to Fangor. He will then pay you. The swill will take a bit of time to mature and he will deliver it to Lappsess A.S.A.P... Quest, mercifully, completed

Notes
Up until this point, Sacred 2 has sugar coated Orc cuisine. The book in your quest log "translates" those recipies, mercifully to the point where I doubt a self-respecting Orc would recognize the dish. Even Slimy Gobs and Goo seriously downplays the dark side of Orc cookery.
Even your shadow oriented character will find the task at hand revolting and that's not likely an easy thing to get them to admit.
