On your way from Twainbrook to Thylysium, you will come across a High Elf Outpost. In the High Elf outpost, there is a young woman named Mary Ann with a quest. It seems that her lover, was taken by Orpheus, a lord of the undead. She leads you to a cavern near the outpost, one that's got a few grave markers and memorial stones that are easily overlooked given that Mary Ann is somewhat suicidal and keeps getting into trouble. See the above linked quest for more information on the quest itself.
Once the quest is over, you might consider popping back inside to do a bit of looting and sightseeing...
