Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to the Special Forces Officer to learn of the Nobility's spy.
Head West from the ruins until you reach a track heading North. Follow the path that branches off to the West – it leads up and round to the top of a small hill.
Talk to the Spy camped at the top and then kill him.
Return to the Special Forces Officer to complete this quest. This ends the quest chain.
