That high elf look quite suspicious. And he actually is a spy. An aristocratic spy to be precise. He observes Noriath's Corner from a high hill near the Noriath's Temple. From here he watches after inquisitors trying to dwell in Noriath's Corner. At the moment you arrive, he decided that Inquisitor Ortlewyn can be considered quite a threat, and decided to act. Depending on your character's alignment you can either help him or stop him.

- Aristocratic Spy can be located on a high hill south of Noriath's Temple.
