Moneylender Rikal run a scam loaning money to the residents of Griffinborough. You'll talk to two of his victims, Joshua and Thea. As you hunt down Rikal you realize he's really just a lackey himself. He reports to Inquisitor Dalamar and he has more sinister plans than making money.
