Detailed Walkthrough
You'll find Migolo Fernal just north of the Griffinborough portal. He's a public servant in the King's court. He discovery evidence of a conspiracy involving the powerful house of Barimak. Although they're one of the wealthiest families in Artamark, they are now trying to buy political power through any means. He asks that you go and talk to Clerk Malsen.

Malsen is located inside the Runemaster's house in central Griffinborough.

He'll ask if you're the help that was promised and when you tell him that you are, he'll ask for a moment to collect his thoughts

Talking to Clerk Malsen will end the Plea for Help quest. Speaking to him again will start the 2nd part of the chain quest The Clerk's Plan (Part 1)
