Hay Highbern asks you to check in on the tavern landord. With the rash of burglaries he wants to make sure his friend is alright.

Head over to the Royal Honky-Tonk Tavern and talk to Beer Brewer Jasper. Jasper says he hasn't seen anything unusual at the tavern lately. But hearing the news about the robberies he becomes concerned about his beer supplies he has stored in a nearby cave. he's too busy at the tavern to go check so he asks you to check it out. If his beer is gone his business will be ruined.

You find the cave a short walk to the west.

When you enter you'll realize the thieves have gotten into some. Most of the thieves are so drunk they can barely stand up, let alone fight. The only one that puts up a decent fight is the Scoundrel Leader, but even he is defeated.

With his stock now out of danger head back to Jasper with the news. He'll thank you for the help.

This ends part 2 of the chain quest. Speaking to Jasper again will start the final part, Brother-Of-One's-Brother-In-Law.
