- Talk to Flutok Scatterbrain
- Hunt and kill 5 rats, retrieve their tails
- Talk to Flutok again
Detailed Walkthrough
Flutok thinks he's figured out where he went wrong. It wasn't a troll shaman's heart, it was rat tails to make it stop raining. Go fetch some. When you return, he will try another spell... And of course, this doesn't seem to work either.
