Quick Walkthrough
- Talk to the Medic.
- Talk to Surgeon Lawaon.
Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to the Medic to get the ointment and then head back out of the prison.
Head southwest to the entrance of the gladiator arena where Lawaon is standing.
Talk to him for your reward.
You can now talk to Lawaon again for the next quest in the chain, The Case of the Stolen Cylinder Seals.

Tip: This quest is easy to find/accept when doing the last two parts of the Serving the Inquisition chain quest (parts 4 and 5), as they take place within the prison where the Medic is located.
