Crag Rock is located in a hidden valley in northeastern Artamark region. It it only accessible via 2 caves. One is at the Banshee dungeon. The other entrance is located at Tavern Lakeview.

Transportation
Unless you have the Whisperwood monolith activated, you're in for quite a walk. The next closest monolith is at Artamark's Gate though the Royal Honky-Tonk Tavern one isn't much further.
There is a port at Artamark's Gate. It would be fairly easy to get there by ship from any place that has both a portal and a port near each other.
The closest portal is probably the one at Griffinborough. Head north hugging the mountains, be prepared - it's a long walk
