Logamir is a man that has been killed by Orpheus, and is in inside the catacombs near the High Elf Outpost. Mary Ann, his wife, will ask the players to rescue him from the Orpheus fortress and restore him to life.
Logamir is rescued during the Orpheus chain quest.
