This modifier will increase the sale and purchase price of the item that has this modifier, only. Even if the character wears an item with this modifier, other items' prices will not be affected.
A "base selling price" (determined in the background for each item) will affect the value of the price increase created by this modifier. For example, "Selling Price +100%" will not increase the selling price by 100% (or any other easily predictable value), but it will increase the gold value of the item.
