(33.3% decrease) Skills The following skills will affect this combat art: Tactics Lore - allows for modifications to this combat art. Exalted Warrior Focus reduces regeneration time for this combat art and allows for higher level combat art without penalty, and just like Tactics Lore, it allows for modification points. Concentration - will lower this combat art's regeneration time. Combat Discipline - will lower its regeneration time if it is placed in a combo. Usage Strategies The Impatience modification decreases the cooldown to 40 seconds, and does not scale. The Delay modification extends duration based on the Combat Art level. With the Delay (increase duration) and Impatience (decrease cooldown) modifications, the duration begins to exceed the cooldown at CA level 75. At this point, it becomes practical to maintain Dashing Alacrity continuously. Duration above 45-50 seconds is rather difficult to achieve because of the Maximum Spell Level Without Penalty effects and diminishing returns, so this Combat Art needs to be recast very often. Makes a good combo with Divine Protection when both are modded for equal regeneration time. Pros and Cons Pros Increases attack, casting and run speed by a large amount, which at early levels especially is very useful Allows the player to neglect certain stats on gear like run speed, attack speed or casting speed. Cons Has to be recast alot to maintain optimal effect. Stats Chart Duration is 20 + 0.01*CA-Lvl seconds and 30 + 0.02*CA-Lvl seconds with Delay. The chance to block rooting spells is ~20% and increases with each CA level. Attack speed is increased by 14.7 + 0.3*CA-Lvl percentage points and 24.7 + 0.6*CA-Lvl percentage points with Bloodlust. Run speed is increased by 14.7 + 0.3*CA-Lvl percentage points and 24.7 + 0.6*CA-Lvl percentage points with Sprout.
