Go to the prison entrance. Talk to the Dungeon Guard. Kill the two Dungeon Guards. Enter the prison and fight your way to Bacalio's Father. Talk to Bacalio's Father. Escort Bacalio's Father out of the prison. Kill the two Guards and the Guard Dog. Talk to Bacalio's Father. Detailed Walkthrough Talk to Bacalio to learn that his father has been wrongfully imprisoned so the Inquisition could seize his estate. Bacalio Free Bacalio's father from prison. The injustice! Oh, the injustice! I could pull my hair out. I know it doesn't make things better, but what am I supposed to do? My father was tried and sentenced for treason, but he is innocent. The judge has confiscated my father's possessions and kept them for himself. It was a set-up! The target was my father's land. He will be executed soon. My family is desperate. We don't know what to do. Everything has been taken from us. The gold isn't important, I only care about my father, who is rotting away in a dungeon cell. Will you help us? Please free my father, so we can flee from this town. Ok The prison you are looking for is on top of a hill between the Temple of the Gods and the Inquisition Headquarters. As you approach a ? will appear over the head of the Dungeon Guard on the left. Talk to him and then kill them both. Dungeon Guard What do you want here? Get lost, there's nothing to see! Ok Head into the prison. There are a mix of Cellar Rats, Guards, Soldiers and Guard Dogs between you and Bacalio's Father. It is worth killing them all before you talk to him, as it makes escorting him out somewhat easier. Talk to Bacalio's Father and then lead him out of the prison. Bacalio's Father Bacalio sends you? He is a good lad. Come on, let's get away from this dark place. Ok Kill the Guard Dog and the two Guards who are waiting for you outside. As soon as the quest updates Bacalio's Father will gain an exclamation mark (!) over his head. Talk to him to complete the quest and receive your reward. Bacalio's Father I owe you my life, I'm forever in your debt. Now I will go to my son. Thank you again! Ok Logbook Entry Notes Note: This is the light counterpart to the shadow quests Problems in the Central Dungeon/The Prison Revolt (quests 4 and 5 from the shadow quest chain Serving the Inquisition). You may need to walk towards Bacalio's Father or even partway down the hill towards Bacalio to get the quest to update after you rescue his father.
