Talk to the Village Doctor to learn Retga's note accused his brother, Keltar.
Find further proof for the murder of Retga!
Murder, eh?!
Well, a letter like this is not enough evidence on its own. Retga was in agony when he wrote it. Maybe his mind was already clouded. Why don't you visit his brother Keltari? Who know, maybe you'll find some more evidence there.
From the quest giver head northwest across town and go into Keltar's house; he isn't in, but have a look around anyway.
Pick up the Poison Bag, and then return to the doctor for your reward.
Oh, look at that bag. Its contents are almost odorless. And this color... Now i remember what it is. It's shadow herb. It's often used to get rid of old enemies or in this case friends and family.
You can now talk to the doctor again for the next quest, The Verdict.
