Quick Walkthrough
Speak to Lady Lintari whose located north-west of the Bellevue portal and the woman who gives you the Goblin Hearts Quest.
She will tell you to deliver a letter to someone and you have 3 days to do it.
This is a Deadline Quest, if you have STILL not completed it after 3 days then you will receive a message saying "Quest Failed".
Head west across the map till you come to the town of Silver Creek. Head inside the tavern and give the letter to the guy just behind the table on the right whose name is Reinhold of Tara.
You will receive your reward when you give him the letter.
