Detailed Walkthrough
Since Ghosthunter Retilynen still did nothing to stop the ghostly threat he mentioned before and still wants something from you, it won't hurt to talk to him again and to know what's going on.
If Retilynen can't fight the ghosts, you can do it yourself. After all, fighting is your speciality. So you take the Elixir that is supposed to help you and head east following the track as it winds into the mountains.

As you come near the end of the track, the Restless Ghosts appear on your way.

There are seven of them wandering around the lonely grave that can be found in the mountains, right where the track ends. You need to kill them all.

After all the ghosts are eliminated, you can return to Ghosthunter Retilynen and claim a reward for your service.
The Ghosthunter was quite pleased with the results of your work and rewarded you with some gold. The quest chain is now complete.
