Detailed Walkthrough

Talk to the Hologram, who reminds you not to forget your toys.

Return to the top of the temple ruins and pick up the Ball, Teddy Bear, and Cube 2.0 x86 Phoenix Edition. Head back down to where the hologram was, and follow the track West to Happy Cow Farm. From there follow the roads North to Sloeford.

On the North side of town a young boy called Benny is standing. Talk to him for the next part of the quest.


Now you need to head to Twainbrook and talk to the Toy Dealer there. Follow the main road over the river and Northeast. It is probably safer for low level characters to head right (East) at the first fork, and then North and West into Twainbrook.

The Toy Dealer says he has no antique toys due to robberies that he suspects his competitor is behind. He suggests that you go talk to the competitor and ask about a particular doll.

Head over to the fountain and talk to the competitor. He admits he has the doll and says the Toy Dealer just isn’t offering enough. Kill the competitor and pick up the Doll that drops nearby.

Now go back to the Toy Dealer and talk to him again. He will let you keep everything except the doll you want; kill him when he becomes hostile.


The next stage of the quest takes place on the way to Thylysium. Head Southeast out of Twainbrook and across the river. Keep following the main road East past the High Elf Outpost. Just across the river the Hologram is waiting for you again. Talk to it and it will tell you that there is something you must have in Thylysium.


Keep heading East past the cemetery and then turn South at the junction. Follow the main road into the city, turning Southeast at your personal chest. Cross over the canal in front of the Inquisition Headquarters (there’s another personal chest nearby), and follow the road leading South. The Curator is standing outside the second house on your left (East); talk to him and he will tell you private individuals cannot enter.

Talk to him again and you will claim to be a pest controller; he will now let you into the building.


Head into the building and defeat the 3 spiders and the ghost that are there. Once they’re dead, move into the Northeast corner of the building to ‘acquire’ the item you need and update the quest.

Talk to The Curator again when he joins you inside. Apparently the item you want was gifted permanently by TyBosso...


Kill The Curator and pick up the Scientific Object, then head across the city to the very West side to TyBosso’s house (see map below) and talk to TyBosso. He says you can have the item if you help get him out of the city – he’s hiding from an Elf that wants vengeance... This sounds deceptively easy. Where he actually wants escorting to is well North of Clearview, which itself is well North of Thylysium. If you’re a low level character you may want to hold off on talking to him and getting stuck with this until you’ve levelled up a bit more.


Head North out of Thylysium on the main road and turn right (East) at the junction. Keep following the main road East until it splits with one branch turning South and the other North. Follow the North branch up and over the river into Clearview. Work your way North through the village – you might want to activate the Resurrection Monument and/or Portal before you leave, just in case – and continue North past the Military Camp. Keep following the road as it turns Northeast towards Dragonmaw Pass, but watch out for the Trading Post on the North side of the road. Head into the Trading Post and go into the small building. The quest will update and TyBosso will join you inside.


When you talk to him he says he heard something outside, so go and investigate.

Talk to Mage Aegwyn who is standing just outside with four soldiers. She tells you to fetch TyBosso, then she and the soldiers become hostile. Kill them all and then go and kill TyBosso as well.

Now head into the barn just to the North to see what TyBosso left behind.


Pick up the Wooden Ship to complete this quest and begin the next quest in the chain, Verification

• Bug: In order to make the quest update after killing the spiders and ghost, you may need to run out of the building and then back inside and into the corner again.
