Drunk Hagen says he has a dragon in his cellar. What you discover is his 'dragon' is actually his wife Kalia. He's been locking her down there and getting drunk over at the Flying Dutchman. Once you hear Kalia rant and rave about her husband, you start to understand why she's down there and he's drunk all the time. But can't let her starve.
