The Eastern Dragon Sea Island is fairly remote. Not much of interest on the Island except for the Flame Lord. Other than that it is simply a resting spot to come up for a little fresh air and sunshine before a player continues with the underground trek through the Carnach Cave

Transportation
Quickest way is to use the Human Outpost portal and head north out of the outpost then go in a westerly track to find the cave exit leading to the island
