Quick Walkthrough
Speak with the blacksmith near the main entrance. He will tell you to get a dragon scale. When you reach the location, you'll find a wyvern. Kill it, take the scale and bring it to the smith. He will drop you the scale as reward, and he will become a normal blacksmith.
