Your character starts out here. Click on the chest to get the rune and the helmet. Then speak with Anducar.
When you click on Anducar he tells you he is bored with you, that this is your lucky day and teleports you to the cemetary east of Bellevue
You find yourself near a hologram of yourself. You need to speak with her to start the next quest.
