Talk to Lord Alcander to be given a secret message for the captain of his ship, Unsurpassable Justice.

Move away from Lord Alcander and a message will pop up with the contents of the letter.

As a light campaign character you now need to take this letter to the Captain at the docks. Head across the city to the docks in the Southwest (see map for suggested route).
