Quick Walkthrough
Kill the minotaurthat is fighting guards just northeast of Silver Creek. Speak to the guard with the exclamation point over his head to collect the reward.
Detailed Walkthrough
Follow the road just northeast of Silver Creek until you see a minotaur fighting guards. Kill the minotaur. Talk to the guard with the exclamation point to collect the reward. If the guard does not survive, you will not be able to collect the reward, you might want to save just before you start this fight.
