- Talk to Surgeon Lawaon.
- Talk to the Pugnacious Nobleman.
- Defeat the Pugnacious Nobleman and 3 Hotblooded Youths.
- Talk to Surgeon Lawaon.
Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to Surgeon Lawaon to learn of his mugging and the cylinder seals that were stolen.
From Surgeon Lawaon the quickest route to the thieves is across the construction site and then to follow the stepping-stone path (see map). Alternatively you can head east from the arena entrance to the main road, then head north up the road until you spot the stepping-stone path on your left (east) just after the personal chest – the thieves are just down that path.
Whichever route you take, you will find three Hotblooded Youths and a Pugnacious Nobleman with an exclamation mark (!) over his head.
Talk to the Nobleman, then kill all four when they become hostile.
Return to Surgeon Lawaon for your reward.
You can then talk to him again for the last quest in the chain, Escorting Lady Delyme.
