Talk to Caranthir to learn of the band of Berserkers in the area that keep robbing him.

Head east from the farm and then north up to the Derelict Manor. Kill the 4 Berserkers and the Battle Wolf which does count. Then pick up the Bag of Gold which will drop as soon as they are all dead.

Return to Caranthir for your reward.
