Talk to Jana Detailed Walkthrough Talk the Jahrin the Dispossessed to learn of his unfortunate circumstances, then head north through the edge of the army camp to where Jana the thief is standing. Talk to Jana to complete this quest. You can now talk to Jana again to begin the quest The Thieves of the Elven Capital Logbook Entry Notes Although completing this quest is required in order to access the quest The Thieves of the Elven Capital, the two are not considered a chain quest in the logbook. Bug? Dispossessed seems to be a chain quest in that it shows a sub-quest title in the logbook (The Straw), however, the quest which follows it (The Thieves of the Elven Capital) shows up as a separate quest/chain.
