Fisher Gisbert needs some medical help so you head over to the local garrison. After a quick chat with the Commander, you'll be directed to talk with the Field Surgeon. Seems he's getting tired of always popping blisters so this sounds like a nice change of pace for him. Hope he doesn't mind gangrene, as Gisbert's leg is looking pretty bad.
