In Bulutuz you can find the below services. See Map Icons:

Bulutuz is located in far northwestern Nor Plat: The Orc Region. This area is the last stop in the Orc Lands during the main campaign before heading off to the Seraphim Island. There is also a path along the shoreline that will lead a player to the Submarine Bullseye Eater Egg. See pic below for location of the 'fake' part of the wall.

Quests & NPC's
Main Quest
- Captain of the Ship: Involved in Wet Danger, in Chapter 3 of the Main Campaign.
Transportation
Easiest way is via a 'Boat' teleport. Otherwise the nearest portal is at Za'Zuruik. Head north from Za'Zuruik along the mountains till a player gets to the pathway towards Bulutuz.
Enemies
While there are no enemies within Bulutuz, a player can encounter every type of Orc/Ogre enemy on the way there.
