The above services are located on Seraphim Island (which the tower is on)
The Seraphim Tower is located in the center of Seraphim Island and it dominates the surrounding area. It is also home to the Sophia, Oldest of the Seraphim

Main Quest
- Sophia: Involved in Realm of the Seraphim.

- Commander Winderlich: Involved in Orcish Necromancers, part of the Shadow Warrior chain quest.
