Speak to Valors court wizard Shareefa. She opens a portal to the Oasis of Ahil-Tar and give you the order to speak with or loot the orc shamans in the orcish city of Khorad-Nur. After arriving in the oasis, travel south, speak with the gate guardian and
- fight the Undead (incl. the undead dragon) a bit to the south, enter the city, speak with the shaman
or
- fight the guardian (not recommended), enter the city, kill the shaman
Either way you receive the Demon Horn which you have to bring to Prince Valor. This concludes Act II.
