This is a Sacred Game Dictionary and has been created to help viewers browse quickly through the game's various sayings, terms and abbreviations. A
- AR: Abbreviation for Attack Rating.
- Ancaria The fictional land in which all Sacred activity occurs.
- Attack Rating, or AR: Indicates how effectively your character attacks foes. It is used in conjunction with the opponent's Defense Rating to calculate your chance "To Hit" an opponent.
B
- Battle Mage One of the eight character classes that can be played in Sacred.
- Bellevue The town you start the game in.
- Braverock Castle Location of one of the Ancarian Portals.

- Crow's Rock Castle A town in Ancaria. You encounter DeMordrey for the first time here in Single Player games.
- Charisma: One of the six attributes that each character starts with.
D
- Daemon One of the eight character classes that can be played in Sacred.
- Dark Elf One of the eight character classes that can be played in Sacred.
- Def: Abbreviation for Defense.
- Defense Rating, or Def: Indicates how effectively your character avoids enemy attacks. Used in conjunction with opponent's Attack Rating to calculate the "To Be Hit" chance.
- Dexterity: : One of the six attributes that each character starts with.
- Dwarf One of the eight character classes that can be played in Sacred.

- Endurance: One of the six attributes that each character starts with.

- FoW: FoW means "Fog of War" which is the black areas of the map you see. It indicates the places your character has not explored.

- Gladiator One of the eight character classes that can be played in Sacred.
- Gold Gold coins are the unit of monetary exchange in Ancaria.

- KN-The abbreviation for Khorad-Nur.
- Khorad-Nur or "KN" - The orc town just south west of the Oasis of Ahil-Tar. This walled town contains a portal and is just north of where the dragon D'Cay can be found.

- Mental Regeneration: One of the six attributes that each character starts with.

- NPC An NPC (NonPlayingCharacter) is a character in Ancaria that you can interact with, not associated with a player in the game; they are controlled by the game itself.

- Orc Cave A cave to the south east of Khorad-Nur filled with Orc boss mobs, allowing for quick XP & improved chances of finding special items.

- Perma-Vamp a process of putting your Turn into Vampire combat art into a combo by itself (or with other skills) so that it will regenerate while your vampire is in vampire form and allow you to cast it again as soon as you turn back into knight form.
- Physical Regeneration: : One of the six attributes that each character starts with.

- SC-The abbreviation for Silver Creek.
- Seraphim One of the eight character classes that can be played in Sacred.
- Skills: Improve your Character Class by having you choose which of the 32 you pick and add skill points to. They can increase the strength of your Combat Arts, regeneration timers etc.
- Strength: One of the six attributes that each character starts with.
- Silver Creek or "SC" - the first town you encounter once you venture out of Bellevue to the west.

- WD WD means "World Discovered" which is a statistic found in the log book to reflect the amount of the world a character has explored.
